will assign a superintendent to the project.

Consulting Process III $3.95
per sq.ft.
• Includes all items from Process I & II plus.
• CHBBY, INC. will supervise through the “Dry-In”phase
of the building process.
• CHBBY,
INC. will revert to the consulting status for the remainder of the project.
• Quality Control and Inspections are included toward your 10-year warranty.
